OUR CLUB
Riverain Indoor Bowls Club was founded in 1987, and has become an established and thriving centre for bowls in Hertfordshire.
Our club is affiliated to the English Indoor Bowls Association (EIBA) and Hertfordshire Indoor Bowls Association (HIBA) and has 8 fully air-conditional International standard bowls rinks enjoyed every day of the week by upwards of our 800 members.
Our key facility is the fully air-conditioned international standard 8 rink bowling arena. We play host to club, county, national and international events and all our members have access to the rinks during opening hours pending availability.
We have a fully stocked and licenced bar selling lager, bitter, guest ales, ciders, wines and spirits plus soft drinks and confectionary.
Our fully air conditioned lounge area provides comfortable seating and tables for a pre-or post match drink or bite to eat or for watching your favourite team in action
We provide spacious and secure men's and ladie's changing rooms and toilets. Secure lockers are available to hire (pending availability). For a small fee members have the option of storing bowls, shoes and personal belongings before, during and after playing.
We provide ample free and monitored private car parking adjacent to the building sufficient for members and visiting parties alike include a coach park.
